Foundation for Female Deacons

Listed below are two resources that are helpful in establishing a foundation for female deacons. Please keep in mind the debate for and against female deacons is represented by conservative, Bible believing, mainstream scholars and pastors on both sides. It is also important to note that while we at Gathering Church commission female deacons we are a complementarian on are view of gender and as such support men’s sacrificial, loving leadership in the home (husbands) and in the church (as elders).
